A: All glassware is dish washer safe. We recommend any commercial establishment to inquire with us to ensure that proper racks are attained prior to use.

A: Monarch-Crystal offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a complete refund. We reserve the right to pick up and inspect all items prior to acceptance, and all authorized returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Q: How do I handle any breakage that may have been caused during shipping?
A: Although we meticulously pack all of our crystal stemware, drink ware, and decanters we understand that some breakage may occur. Upon receipt of your package please kindly check all items against the packing list. If something has been damaged in transport please inform us within 3-5 days of receipt. Q: Do any of your products contain lead or any heavy metals?
A: No. All of our crystal is 100% lead free. The glassware is primarily comprised of a pure quartz sand.
Q: Where is the glassware manufactured?
A: All crystal stemware and glassware items are produced in Germany. Decanters and carafes are manufactured in the United States. All items are designed and offered exclusively through MonarcH Crystal.
